    Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

    Bladder Stones Laparoscopic CholecystectomyLaparoscopic Cholecystectomy is performed by puncturing three to four small incisions for the insertion of a camera probe to locate kidney stones. Then, operating equipments are inserted after the abdomen where operation is set to take place is bloated up with carbon dioxide and the gallbladder is removed through the incisions. It is minimally invasive and usually takes a night of post-operative care. If a laser is used in the process to make incisions or for cautery to stop unwanted tissues from bleeding, the process is called laser laparoscopic cholecystectomy. A potential risk from a laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery is if the bile duct is damaged, which could lead to serious liver damage.
